Cathy ten Broeke is the Coordinator to End Homelessness for Minneapolis and Hennepin County and directs the planning and implementation of Heading Home Hennepin.
Before being appointed to this position, Cathy worked as an advocate and director of St. Stephen’s Shelter in Minneapolis for eight years and as Policy Aide to Hennepin County Commissioner Gail Dorfman for four years.

In 2004, Cathy was awarded an Archibald Bush Leadership Fellowship, earning her master’s degree in public affairs from the Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota and visiting cities across the country studying evidence-based best practices and how communities were implementing efforts to prevent and end homelessness.
